The yang at the 5th holds the highest position in *Suí*, yet the line says nothing about commanding or requiring. The *Xiàng* commentary explains the fortune simply: *wèi zhèng zhōng yě* — the position is correct and centered. The influence comes from being that, not from asserting it. In a team context, the contrast is easy to see. A manager who relies on title to move people gets surface compliance and quiet disengagement. The one who says what they mean, follows through, and steps into pressure rather than deflecting it — that person earns something the org chart cannot manufacture.
