Gentle and compliant, with the firm in the center responding, therefore there is great success. To see the great person and not worry means there is blessing. Height depends on depth. From this, the noble person learns that achievement is not born from restless ambition alone, but from aligning with virtue, accepting natural process, and building patiently from the small to the great. “Accumulating small things” means honoring incremental progress rather than despising humble beginnings.
